The Student Project fund is a fund to support student projects relating to Space.
The purpose of the fund is to create opportunities for students to engage with the research environment and learn the process of proposing, winning and delivering on research
The Basics
Who: Undergraduate, Postgraduate and HDR students at the SRN universities.
What: Any project in any discipline, so long as it relates to Space.
How much: projects can be funded up to $10,000 each.
The Details
- Student Investigators (the student leader of the project) must be a citizen or permanent resident of Australia.
- Each project must have an Academic Supervisor that agrees to supervise the project and administrate the funds through their university account.
- Projects may take up to 6 months.
- Group projects are highly encouraged.
- Total funding budget nominally covers one student project per SRN university.
- Applications will be assessed by the SRN on a competitive basis.
